The room was decent, but definitely needed some TLC. The air conditioning worked well, but we had a mildew smell in one room. The bathroom door didn’t latch, so that was a bit of a hassle with kids around. I noticed some stains and hair on the floor too. The microwave didn’t heat properly, and we only got three towels for four people. At least the shower was great, and the beds were comfy enough.

Super close to Chattanooga, so we hit up The Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls. Lots of fun activities nearby. The breakfast was solid and the outdoor pool was a nice perk! Cliff at the front desk was awesome and super helpful.

Definitely not worth it

We were super excited to stay here, but it was a mess. After a long drive, we checked in only to find a wet bathroom floor from sewer leaks. Moved rooms at 4 AM, and the front desk's help was minimal. Plus, got hit with a surprise room charge at checkout. Breakfast was decent tho! Not coming back.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the comfortable beds. I still remember my first stay when the staff provided me with a bottle of water at night. Cliff was very attentive during my last visit, calling to check if everything was okay. I highly recommend it for a great stay, and I’m coming back for Easter!

We visited The Tennessee Aquarium and explored Rock City, both just a short drive away. There are plenty of activities to choose from if you're in the mood for fun or an offroad adventure. The stay was comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

We had a fun family getaway, visiting nearby attractions like The Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls. It was also nice to have breakfast to start our busy days. Staying with my mom made it extra special as we all enjoyed the time together.

For dads, it would be great if they fixed the plumbing.

Staff members consistently displayed friendliness, and the breakfast had a variety of choices, including a popular pancake machine. However, the room showed signs of age, needing a refurbish, and the higher price felt unjustified, especially since newer options are available nearby. The lobby was modern, but the carpet and furnishings in the room were dated.

I appreciated how clean and well-maintained the common areas were at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kimball, An Ihg Hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making it easy for seniors to feel comfortable and at home.

The pool could use some maintenance.
